One of the main directions of our Department is Science of Commodities. We consider it is vital knowing the products and services before producing and offering them to the customers. Today, consumers demand to be rightly informed about what they are about to consume, about what possible dangers may affect their health and safety. Consumers need to know what their rights are, how they can identify fake products and differentiate poor quality from excellent quality.
Directly linked to science of commodities quality is regarded as fulfillment of clients requirements and expectations. Quality Management is the management that succeeds placing in the centre of its activities clients expectations. In its essence is the management of the very business.
Our Department belongs to Business Administration domain. Our subjects focus on consumer and products with the purpose of reaching Excellence in Business. For this, we added to our curricula the complex specific development tools and instruments belonging to Total Quality Management.
